Southeast Wyoming Climbers Coalition coalesced in December 2019 around the idea of making sure that climbers' voices were heard during the public input process for the National Forest Service's Pole Mountain non-motorized trail management plan (still on-going). A chain of emails amongst a network of climbers lead to a simple meeting of just eight folks. Years later, we have over 100 members on our contact list. Never before has there been a dedicated organization representing the climbers of Southeast Wyoming. We hope to continue growing by bringing together climbers of all backgrounds and experiences.

Mission

Southeast Wyoming Climbers Coalition works towards the betterment of climbing access and issues in Southeast Wyoming. We are the unified voice of climbers for Vedauwoo and beyond.

Organization

Southeast Wyoming Climbers Coalition is a registered Wyoming non-profit organization that is in good standing with the state. We do hold 501(c)(3) status, our EIN is 87-1040906. If you'd like to ensure you receive a tax-deductible receipt for a donation, just let us know!
